Almost all healthcare providers in the Netherlands have an AGB registration. Each AGB registration has a unique AGB code.  Always ask your health insurance company if the care you receive is eligible for reimbursement. Mention the AGB- and performance code so your insurer knows exactly what kind of care is involved. Praktijk Gezin & Zo has the conditions to get your costs reimbursed by your (additional) health insurance.  These AGB-codes can be found at the bottom of this page and on the invoice.
