Membership and registrations are a guarantee for monitoring expertise and quality. Regular feed I carry out treatment evaluations and have peer consultation, supervision and learning therapy to ensure the quality of my treatments.
In addition, my practice has a certified Quality System: The KIWA Quality Mark for Care. As a professional, I therefore meet strict registration and maintenance requirements.
Complaints
If you are unexpectedly dissatisfied, I would prefer to hear from you. We can then look for a solution together in a conversation.
If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can contact a complaints officer who can assist you. This falls under the right to complain under the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).
